General Description: We will offer at public auction the American Legion Memorial Hall of Oberlin including all owned contents! You will find the main bar area, complete with many tables, chairs and bar stools and primary recent updated restrooms. Off this main area includes an office with all equipment staying. It flows into another large room complete with another bar, (bar top made from recent bowling lanes.) This room currently houses the pool tables and video games. Coca Cola owns the Bar Gun, Ice Bin and other system components. The dishwasher is on lease with Hearland Auto Chlor system. Pollan Entertainment currently owns the two pool tables and supplies, Galazin, Daytona USA and two dragon video games and AMI Juke box with speakers. Pollan Entertainment is willing to visit with the new buyers about potentially extending the current contract.
Terms, Taxes & Title Insurance: Ten Percent (10%) down day of sale, balance due upon closing. This auction sale is not contingent upon the purchaser’s ability to finance the purchase. Buyer must make finance arrangements, if needed, prior to the auction. Seller shall pay all the 2023 taxes and prior years if any. The 2024 and all subsequent year’s taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Title insurance shall be used to prove clear & merchantable title with the Buyer & Seller sharing equally the owner’s policy and closing expenses. Mortgage policy, if required will be the expense of the buyer. The property will be sold as is with no warranty or guarantees. Potential buyers are encouraged to do their own inspection.
